Silly Law That Says Preston People Face £750 Fine If They Walk Streets Topless

Prestonians, when abroad in the Costa Del Sol, will need to prepare for tan lines as new laws state topless tourists can be fined as much as £750 for “Indecent Exposure”.

The new law prohibits both men and women from walking the streets in bikinis/shorts. The rule is commonplace in locations like Marbella, which last year outlawed “disorderly behaviour” after concerns grew over stag/hen parties.

Bikinis and Swimwear will be banned “except in swimming pools and on the beach”.

The new laws are expected to be approved by the end of June and enforced later this year.
