A motorist admitted this week that he caused the death of a Chorley man, by driving dangerously.
Adrian Radu, from Nottingham, pleaded guilty too and was charged with death caused by dangerous driving after causing a fatal crash on the M1.
Mark Downham, a father of four, was killed as a result.
According to the court hearing, Radu was in fact over the drink drive limit and driving while disqualified during the time of the incident.

Today he was sentenced to 11 years in jail by Nottingham Crown Court, alongside a 13 and a half year driving ban.
