Police Appeal For Information On Several People Missing With Ties To Preston!

In the last 24 hours, Preston Police have appealed for information on three separate individuals who have gone missing.

Yesterday an appeal was launched on Twitter to find Lydia Johnson from Lancaster, who was last seen in Preston City Centre three days ago.

Johnson is thought to be sleeping rough and was reportedly seen a Preston shop yesterday (6th of November).

Police are also looking for information on two men that have also gone missing, both with ties to the city.

Steven Durand, a 31-year-old man, was last seen around 1pm on October 22 in the Hornby Avenue area.

He is said to be 5’10’ with a ‘stocky build’ and short black hair.

Sgt Luke Newman, of Preston Police, said, ‘Steven has been missing for some time and his disappearance is a growing concern for us.

‘We would urge anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to come forward.

‘Similarly, I would ask Steven, if he sees this appeal, to contact us and let us know where he is.’

An appeal was also released for a third missing person this afternoon.

Joshua Elder, a 16-year-old, has been missing since the start of November.
