Police Want Information On Aggravated Burglary In Preston!

Preston Police are appealing for information on an aggravated burglary that took place in Albyn Bank Road.

The incident saw two men enter a property before making off from the scene shortly after.

According to the police, the two men threatened another man in his 50’s with a knife, before proceeding to assault him.

The man was taken to Royal Preston Hospital and treated for his injuries sustained during the assault, which saw him punched and headbutter.

Det Con Fabian Spence, of Preston CID, said, ‘We are appealing for witnesses in connection with an aggravated burglary in Preston.

‘Did you see anything suspicious or unusual in the Albyn Bank Road area around the time of the offence?

‘If you can help with our enquiries please come forward.’

The events took place between 2am and 3am on the 26th of September,
