The Most Expensive Home Sold In Preston Revealed

A list of Lancashire’s most expensive properties that have been sold in the last 20 years has been revealed.

Fulwood, Preston, is home to the most expensive home sold since 1995.

The Coach House in Walker Lane was sold for £3.5 million in May 2013.

Roughly 200 houses worth more than a million have also been sold since the mid-90’s.
