Leyland Thief Steals A Bike & Uses It To Rob A McDonald’s

Police are looking for information on a criminal who robbed a McDonald’s store, after already stealing a pushbike.

The dense thief robbed the fast-food restaurant in Leyland, using a bike he had also stolen as a get-away vehicle.

A spokesman for McDonald’s Leyland, “Following a robbery last night – instore – we are keen to get this individual named and prosecuted.

“Please call 101 quoting crime ref . LC-20191009-0150 with any information

“He arrived on the bike on the picture and was carrying tool boxes on his back – and we are aware of other thefts in the area last night

“Any info passed on to us will be treated in confidence – or any passed to the police will be gratefully received.

“Putting our staff and customers in danger is not something we will tolerate.”

Becky Donegan, the mother of the boy who has his bike stolen, said, “I’m glad you’ve got information on this individual. That’s my sons bike and hopefully in his ruck sack are his RC cars.

“And he’s pinched my sons pink gloves too. I hope your very proud of yourself. Felt physically sick after being woken up at 4:30 by My neighbours.

“He must have a car opening device as he’s been in my car and both my neighbours too. I hope we can get our belongs back. I have logged the call with the police too. Thank you for showing this footage.”
