South Ribble Police are appealing for information on a missing patient, who left Royal Preston Hospital on Tuesday (October 8th).
An Asian female was due to have an assessment at RPH before she went missing.
A South Ribble Police spokesman said, “We are becoming concerned for the safety of Alka CHAUHAN, who left Royal Preston Hospital without assessment on the morning of Tuesday October 9th.
“She is known to frequent the Docks and City Centre areas of Preston.
“She is described as an Asian female with dark hair, wearing a white jacket, a beige scarf and woollen hat, and potentially grey jogging pants.
“We are appealing for the public’s help in finding Alka. If you have seen her or have any information, please contact us on 101 or 999 in an emergency. Please quote our log reference 1146 of October 8th.”
