Police continue to investigate missing man case, following the release of a suspect who was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Detectives continue to carry out searches for missing Jason Goldrick, who went missing earlier this month.
Lancashire Police are asking the public to help with the search by checking in sheds garages and outhouses.
Detective Chief Inspector Derry Crorken, of West Police, said, “Our enquiries are very much continuing to try to find Jason and I would appeal for the public’s help in checking any sheds, garages or outside areas in case Mr Goldrick has sought shelter there.
“A man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released from custody but remains under investigation and I have a team of officers and staff continuing to work hard to try and find out what has happened to Jason and where he might be.”
Earlier this week Lancs Police said, a “47-year-old man from Blackpool was arrested in the resort today (Wednesday, November 27th) and is currently in custody.”
After being granted extra time for questioning, police released the suspect and will continue the investigation.
