Preston’s award-winning private student accommodation provider has announced an enormous multi-million-pound deal for more student housing.
Kexgill Preston has added an additional 114 student accommodation places after becoming the new owners of Boatman’s Court and Bowran House.
The new landlords Kexgill are very excited to add the site to their property portfolio, which enables them to offer a wider range for students who are looking for housing for the 2020/2021 school year.
