Preston fire crews have been called to two incidents this week, totaling more than three hours of firefighting.
Two fire engines attended a building fire on Tulketh Crescent, Preston, on Wednesday at around 11.30pm.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a positive ventilation fan to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately ninety minutes.
The following day fire crews from both Preston and Penwortham attended a fire on Park Close, Preston which involved two sheds and a domestic garage.
Firefighters used three hose reels to extinguish the fire and were at the scene for approximately two hours.
Members of the public were recently reminded by Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service to be considerate when it comes to burning waste and ask you not to do so at this time.
