A Blackburn woman was airlifted to hospital after being stabbed multiple times.
The incident occurred yesterday (October 5th) at 4.10pm at a property on Rolleston Road in Blackburn.
Emergency services were called and officers found a woman with ‘multiple stab wounds’.
She was been airlifted to hospital and her current condition is unknown.
Lancashire Police say an arrest has been made and no further details of the incident have been released so far.
A force spokesperson said: “We were called to reports that a woman had been stabbed at a property in Rolleston Road, Blackburn. Officers have attended and found a woman with multiple stab wounds.
“She has been airlifted to hospital. No arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing.”
